Framed monoblock Body made of welded and machined steel, Features are as follows;
Stroked CNC Pusher programmed for Edged boards (single boards or as pack)
Angle cutting: the saw is mounted on the rear fence and rotates on the vertical axis;
the rotation angle ranges from 20 to 160 degrees.
Operates fully automatically according to the program.
Touch-screen CNC computer capable of managing multiple files, each with up to 15 cutting programs.
Cutting programs can be uploaded or downloaded remotely via Ethernet or USB flash drive.
Programmable stop: when the total programmed cycles are finished, when the quantity for each length is finished, or when all quantities are complete. A daily productivity report is saved automatically in Excel-compatible format at the end of each work order.
Pusher speed is programmable from 10 to 180 m/min (33-590 ft/min) with a brushless servo motor (maximum return speed 300 m/min).
- Recirculating-ball linear guide, including lubrication system.
- Board feed direction: right to left.
- Pusher positioning accuracy: ± 0.4 mm up to 1 meter, ± 0.4 mm/m above 1 meter.
- Pneumatic lifting pusher: 150 mm stroke (only on TRGSI "AP" / fixed on the basic TRGSI).
- Boards must be straight and of constant width.
Infeed board length: minimum 1000 mm – maximum 6150 mm (39 in – 242 in).
Board width: 40 – 320 mm (1.6 – 12.6 in), varies with the cutting angle.
Cutting height at the fence: 150 mm (5.9 in).
Board thickness: minimum 15 – maximum 150 mm (0.6 – 5.9 in).
Works with automatic cut control issued by the computer.

- Saw blade made of HM (carbide) steel with alternate teeth. Dimensions: outer diameter 550 mm (21.7 in), bore Ø 35 mm, Z = 120.
- Tensioned, balanced and silenced for a peripheral speed of 85 m/s.
