Features
- Developed by FIMAKSAN, the Color Touch screen provides positioning speed and ease of use with 10 adjustable preset sizes in the memory.
- The Control Panel is easily controlled with 2 joysticks and buttons, which are ergonomic and very simple to use. With the pedal, log rotation can be done easily also.
- Carriage Drive is long life electrodynamic system and steel wire rope, cable driven. 120m /min feed speed is standard. (More Optional)
- Headblock is driven by an 11kW geared Motor. 320mm speed is standard.
- The hook is controlled by a solenoid valve and 11-kW motored Hydraulic power; Maximum Log Control is achieved.
- Hydraulic unit is powered by an 11-kW motor. The turning of the log is by a 3-kW reducer motor and chain. The turners lift the log easily by the hydraulic system.
- In and out, movable hook and fix Headblock (knee) system allows clamping accordingly to different sizes of logs. (In distance: 35mm - Out Distance: 145mm)
- Hooks In & Out can be operated independently. It's a standard feature.
- First Class electronic components are used.
- The connection between the carriage and the control panel is achieved by an opening-closing, pantograph type cable carrying arm.
- Heat treated guideway on log bed has long life against wear. (Hardness: 50HRC).
- Log Beds has replaceable wear plates that prevent the log from damaging the guideways.
- Timed automatic lubrication system reduces friction between headblocks and the guideways. (Vital for Headblocks and guideways).
- The carriage construction is designed as heavy-duty so that it can serve for many years without breakage.
